The Department of Economics offers a range of possibilities to students interested in improving their language skills, expanding their cultural horizons, and gaining autonomy beyond national borders.

The international educational opportunities offered to the student are different:

Students have the opportunity to spend a period of study (from 3 to 12 months) in one of the Partner Universities with which the University of Bergamo has signed an inter-institutional agreement.

The agreements with foreign universities concern:

  • Student exchange agreements with universities in European Union countries, as part of the Erasmus + program (more than 40 locations and more than 110 scholarships available);
  • Student exchange agreements with universities in non-EU countries, including the USA, Australia, and China.

The University of Bergamo and the University of Trier have entered into a Double Degree Agreement which allows students of the Master's Degree in Economics and Data Analysis to simultaneously obtain a Master's Degree issued by the University of Bergamo and the 'M.Sc. in Economics - European Economic Integration provided by the German university.
